Dr. Waheed completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. While he completed his training, he participated in research to include catastrophic pneumonia, preparedness for man-made disasters, malnutrition, just to name a few. He also participated in quality improvement projects at Loyola.
