After a breast reduction performed by James Waldorf and his PA Lee Phan they ignored eschar ( necrotic tissue) almost completely covering my left areola and a growing infection over the course of several weeks. Despite multiple signs like warmth redness and swelling surrounding the eschar and even weepy yellow discharge-they did not acknowledge anything was wrong. The necrotic infection grew 5cm deep and the size of a tennis ball by the time I sought care elsewhere. I ended up also being diagnosed with multiple hospital acquired infections. After over 3 months of wound care, I am about healed but will be permanently deformed. I am lucky to have escaped their care before developing sepsis or worse. Please use caution if dealing with these medical providers. I will always regret trusting them.
