Brenden graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science Kinesiology (Honours) degree in 2017 and went on to complete a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2019.
Brenden’s treatment approach consists of a combination of manual therapy and specific exercise prescription to address the issue at hand and any contributing factors. Currently Brenden has his Level 1 in Manual and Manipulative Therapy and completed AA1: Foundations of Anatomical Acupuncture by Acupuncture Canada. He plans to continue his education by further pursuing the Manual and Manipulative Therapy level system and dry needling courses.
In his spare time, Brenden likes to stay active throughout the year by hitting the gym for resistance training and maintaining his cardio by running. During the Winter he has his seasonal trips to the slopes to snowboard, and in the Summer spends his time tossing a frisbee, hiking, and camping.
