Jana is extremely condescending and seemingly insecure. She did not listen to anything I told her. She was argumentative and combative every moment of the appointment. She did not appreciate me having my own opinions about my care plan which were based on research. She would not discuss a future care plan if the current plan did not bring desirable results. She repeatedly told me how much experience she had when I disagreed with her. She inaccurately stated our conversation in my medical notes. I feel that she is more interested in prescribing medication, despite my feedback that I didn’t want to be on medication. She told me that I didn’t have to see her and that I could visit any doctor I wanted. She is extremely unprofessional and has poor bedside manner.
