Visited Dr. Gael for lower back injury I picked during my workout in the gym. He gave details of the injury and recommend a detailed treatment plan. After few sessions the stiffness was almost gone. He recommended lower back strengthening exercises which I am currently undergoing, he assured me I can go back to my daily exercise routine very soon.
