I earned my medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, and completed my pediatrics residency at the Quezon City General Hospital in the Philippines, and at the Albany Medical Center in Albany NY. I am certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and I am a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
