I grew up in Mentor, Ohio. My parents still live there. I decided to become a doctor during a mission trip to Honduras when I was in high school.
I earned my medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV, and completed my pediatrics residency at University of Kentucky School of Medicine in Lexington, KY.
