Worst medical experience I ever had. Do not see this optometrist.If I could give no star I would. She examined me and they made me 2 pairs of glasses. Or Optical Outlets. Unprofessional and rude. The glasses they made me were absolutely useless. I couldn’t see with them. They took them back, gave me a refund and made a new appointment to have them corrected. I went back today and she refused to see me. I tried to show her and a assistant my last prescription from over a year ago that was stronger and better than what she prescribed. They blamed the problem on my cataracts which made no sense since my old glasses worked fine. I just needed to replace my old computer glasses and change the color of my sunglasses. They suggested I keep then for a few days. I came back and told the person at the desk I wanted them redone. She made me a new appointment but when I got there and waited she refused to see me. Then another women told me to find a different optometrist. Unbelievable! So now I’ve used up my insurance for the year and didn’t get glasses. Please warn others . They advertise their sales promotions constantly.
