Dr. Downie completed fellowship training in vitreo-retinal surgery at the Charles Retina Institute in Memphis, TN. Dr. Downie’s practice emphasizes medical and surgical management of diseases of the retina and vitreous humor, including retinal detachments, macular degeneration and diabetes.
