Going to what is supposed to be a professional to seek help with a small issue and being permanently blinded and lied to about the catastrophic outcome of the surgery because of the incompetence and negligence of the doctor you put your trust onto is the most disappointing thing you could ever experience in life. Shame on you Doct Wilfredo Lara: you should be ashamed of your unacceptable behavior both as doctor and as a human being. How can you sleep at night knowing you have ruined the lives of so many people is beyond me: what’s even more horrifying, is the fact that you have the audacity to keep on working despite of the fact that you are fully aware of your inability to work as a doctor and you keep on performing disastrous surgeries and ruining people’s lives. Let real Doctors like Doctor Smiddy or Doctor Yale do their job/ perform surgeries and help people in need and stop pretending you are also doctor; put your ego aside and accept the fact that you are not even worth working as an assistant and “hand” the tools to the above- mentioned doctors; you are just not good enough. The sooner you accept that the less damages cause. Throw in the towel, you incompetent doctor and compulsive liar. You are not a doctor, you are charlatan.

Wilfredo Lara is not a doctor, he is an abomination: not only is he incompetent and dangerous but he is unprofessional and unethical: after blinding me he lied straight to my face telling me the surgery had been a complete success when he was fully aware of the irreversible damage he had caused. Wilfredo Lara, listen clearly: a patient has the right to know the truth about the outcome of the surgery, the patient deserves to know the truth; lying to a patient for you own profit and also for fear of admitting your mistakes and incompetence is not only unethical and immoral but against the law. Shame on you, you should be behind bars
