She’s awful. After being shuffled back and forth between UW’s urgent care and MS clinic (when you have an MS diagnosis, regular doctors tend to tell you to go to the MS clinic for literally everything, even when it’s not MS-related) during a serious illness, she was very rude and unpleasant. This appointment was scheduled, and yet she was running almost an hour late. She made no apology and entered the room with a negative attitude, rushing me along and talking over me with an extremely condescending and dismissive tone. I was dealing with clear and obvious symptoms meriting medical attention, regardless of who I was sitting in front of. Instead, she told me to go back to the regular urgent care because it wasn’t an MS issue (with full knowledge that that urgent care had JUST sent me to her), refused to address any of the (not minor) symptoms and wrote some very dishonest notes on my medical file that actually complicated my medical care. She sucks enough that it greatly influenced my decision to transfer to another MS clinic.
