Sadly in the last 2 years, this doctor started to take on more rehab/drug patients and putting her PCP patients on the back burner. The wait time became longer; she could no longer keep things together; she would repeatedly SAY she would do something but not actually do it, going on for months; she does her own self drug tests; she is more than willing to tell you about other patients and her personal life; she will stay out late in the night and go into the office plastered and still "try" to treat patients. I put up with this until I ended up in the hospital on my death bed and having to find a new PCP. I reported to the board and they found my report to not be enough to look into.
