We switched doctors so that we could be Rachel's patients. Our 2 younger, adolescent daughters were already being seen at the practice when she came on and from the first time I met her, she had me blown away with her bedside manner, her knowledge, the way she cared, the fact that she actually LISTENED AND LOOKED AT US while we talked to her...... that like never happens anymore at any doctor's, except a rare few. With the looks she shows on her face while she's listening to you.... she's truly so sincere. She really does care about her patients. That is hard to find anymore. I'm use to being rushed through my appt and forgetting most of why I'm there, and right out the door.... not with her. She goes out of her way to make sure she's taken care of everything you came in for and then some.
Plus with their location, they have x-ray on one side of them in the urgent care and you can have blood work done on the other side. It's all right there in one location that's not packed with people that you have to wait forever for your turn.
Their whole package deal is amazing..... Rachel and where their new office is located on University Drive.
I finally have my whole family transferred over to her, my younger, adolescent children and older, grown children, along with myself and my husband. Getting appts is a breeze, always within a couple days, sometimes even same day if absolutely necessary.
Our family loves Rachel too pieces! 🥰 We couldn't ask for anyone better! ❤
