Love the practice and the physician, Dr. Beth Shuben-Stein. The office staff and nursing staff are exceptional, and I don't regret being treated here, however Sarah is fairly rude and condescending. I thought she was having a bad day when I first noticed her curt, impatient communication style and when I noticed she exhibited this abrupt manner with me in two later incidents, I began to realize that this is her personality. It seems a shame as she knows her stuff, but I feel very uncomfortable around her. This is the first time I have experienced this type of behavior from a nurse.
