He also ran out of medication, because Alexis couldn't be bothered to approve the refill. The icing on the cake is that she no call/ no showed for his appointment this morning, so he STILL has no help for the sleeping issues.
It's incredibly frustrating to watch your loved one get ignored when they are asking desperately for help. This is what you get with Alexis Baird, and I honestly hope she reads this and understands what her inaction does to her patients.
