If you truly care about your physical and mental health, then you should do yourself a favor and steer clear of Bridget and her very rude front desk staff!!! (Her nurses are great, though)

Bridget was once a nice and caring NP, but as her practice grew she devolved into a very incompassionate "professional" She never has enough time to listen to you and answer your questions. She has no problem cutting you off and shooing you out of her office in mid-sentence, leaving you confused and feeling like the reason for your visit wasn't even remotely addressed. She has zero empathy, much less any sympathy for mental health issues. She is very judgemental and will treat you as though you're a cretin. She will talk badly about other patients to her staff to where you're able to hear her easily. I was once waiting for a zoom meeting to start with her and she didn't realize the meeting had started yet and I heard her in the background running another patient's name into the ground. She was also speaking very ill of me to her front desk staff because I was having problems logging in and I heard every single word. It was heartbreaking to hear someone, moreover your doctor, speak that way about you.

If you need a prior authorization for any medication, you can forget about it happening within a reasonable time frame, as her staff only handles PA's once a week. If you are close to running out of a medication she has no problem letting you go without until she can finally get around to you. It has taken me up to two weeks to get a refill before. Which is very detrimental to your health, especially if it's an important medication that you can't go "cold turkey" with, such as an antidepressant. If you call with an urgent care need, you can forget about a call back on the same day and expect to MAYBE get a reply within 3-4 days. I once had a Covid scare and called about getting tested, as well as asking some questions about my concern, and NEVER received a call back, even after 3 more attempts on my end for some answers. All websites say that she is accepting new patients, but you will wait up to 2 months to see her as an already established patient. She is overworked and understaffed. You will receive no quality or continuum of care with that dynamic.

If you have an urgent need, she only has urgent care hours on Thursday, and the 1st, 3rd and 5th Mondays of the month. You must call FIRST thing in the morning (8am) and pray no one beat you to the punch because she'll only take on 2 patients at the end of that day between 5-6pm. The same goes for her "walk-in" hours. She only takes walk-in appointments on Tuesday from 11am-12pm. She will only see 2 people during that time, and you must arrive at 10:30 to sign in and wait in the disgusting office until your allotted time. And, there's no guarantee you'll make it on the list because people will be lined up before 10:30 to sign in. Sadly, there are no other Doctors in her office that can see you for an urgent care need.

If you try to voice any concern for lack of care or anything that bothers you, fully expect to go on the "naughty list" as you will be labeled and treated as a bothersome nag. Which also means if you have questions about your level of care, and/or you advocate for your own health, you will be snubbed and treated poorly because she treats you as if you know nothing and she's the doctor that knows you better than you do. Additionally, when you call and reach her front desk staff and seem even remotely peeved, you will be treated even more rudely by them. And, the front desk will tattletale like a little kid to Bridget about you being an unruly patient, and then the rudeness gets transfered to Bridget who then will treat you very unkindly. She and her receptionists have no problem telling you that it's not a good fit and to find another doctor.

I can go down a long laundry list of issues with her and her office staff, but please trust me when I say that you will be much better off going elsewhere. Sadly, I used to rave about her and sent 3 of my close friends to see her. Those 3 friends have now left her and could add a ton more issues they've experienced in seeing her. I wouldn't send my cat to this woman.
