Kelly Luscomb, Nurse Practitioner is the worst, uncaring, unprofessional and condescending person I’ve ever met. She should NOT work in the healthcare business. She doesn’t care about the patient. She literally berates them and attempts to force the patient toward her personal beliefs. She asked my why I moved to the most rural island, in the most rural area and expected quality. She said there is no quality health care on this island. When I had finally had enough of her very poor attitude, I told her I didn’t like her. She walked out of the exam room and never returned. I ask the person at the front desk for a complaint for and her full name and title. This person is going to kill a patient someday as she knows absolutely nothing about them but judges them if they don’t believe as she does. This was my first appointment with her. But not my first with Bay Shore. They are an excellent facility. Unfortunately it was Kelly’s first time at this office In Naalehu and she really did a bad job. So bad that I’m filing complaints against her and possible legal action. This woman isn’t fit to see patients!
