I have been seeing this Dr in her current location in Lake county for about a year and a half, after my actual doctor left the facility. It's a shame my doctor left because she was amazing- but Eileen? Not so much. She is constantly forgetting to refill my prescription after my blood results are read, which blows my mind because the whole reason why we routinely take my blood is to make sure that my meds are doing what they're supposed to be doing. How can you forget about the main part of the appointment? She does not have good bedside manner, she seems to have an attitude a lot and her tone of voice constantly sounds like she's talking down to you. Any appointment that has to be a phone appointment 90% of the time she will forget to call you, and when you call the facility they'll tell you that they will contact her. Of course she never calls, and then she'll send a letter in the mail stating that YOU missed an appointment. She goes against her word when it comes to medical issues and refuses to acknowledge and help with her patients allergies, and even accuses her patients of lying. And let's not forget about the fact that I had certain tests done over a month ago that I still haven't heard back about. And when I called the facility I'm told that my doctor will call me when she has the results. Am I really expected to believe that my doctor hasn't had the results for a whole month? I had to obtain the results myself from the hospital, do my own research on the issue- which luckily it wasn't a serious one, and basically be my own doctor. I'm very disappointed.
