Dr Todd may be a savant with a knife but he REALLY DROPPED THE BALL with my wife.
He's failed to provide even basic post spinal surgery pain meds going for more than a day now. My wife is in GREAT pain.
We were referred to him by our pain mgmt doc. He was the only spinal surgeon in Dallas to accept Texas Medicade we were told.
He sent my for a second MRI. We got a call from his hospital to schedule surgery. Still not knowing what's to be done. We were told to get there by 515 because we'd have in to complete.
Dr Todd showed at 720 ish, never introduced himself, and planned on cutting (without our knowing what he had planned). I demanded he tell us and he rolled off some medical speech (witch I sware was meant to put me in my place)
This morning his staff threw him under the bus. They said, and I quote, "she was tired of getting yelled at when she'd done HER JOB".
Meaning that Dr Todd did not do his.
IT'S HIS JOB TO APPROVE AND SUBMIT OPIOID PERSCRIPTIONS
MY WIFE'S PAIN IS ON GOING AND SO IS DR TODD'S FAILURE.

We absolutely 💯 would have driven to Austin or Houston if we known this in advance
