"My husband was referred to Dr. Shroff by Dr. Bruce at Houston Methodist. He suffers from a debilitating condition (CIPD). He cannot use his arms and he is unable to walk. When I called for an appointment for an EMG., the office told me that I could book a consultation appointment after the EMG test as Dr. Shroff would be conducting the test. We had the test done on June 6, 2022. Upon completion of the test Dr. Shroff told us we had been misinformed as she would not be able to give us any information until she reviewed the results, and we would receive a phone call from her office to set up an appointment to see her for the results in 3 or 4 days. After waiting 10 days and hearing nothing- I called and was told we would have to make an appointment with the referring doctor to receive the results. I called Dr. Bruce's office and made an appointment 3 weeks later. 3 days before our appointment with Dr. Bruce I phoned the office and the results were not in yet. After checking a few days later I called again and they had the results—the day before our app. Dr. Bruce's office phoned and canceled our appointment stating since Dr. Shroff did the test, she would have to give the results. I called Shroff's office and they refused to provide us with an appointment! The first available appointment offered us to hear the results was in February for a test conducted on June 6, 2022. THIS WAS OUTRAGEOUS! Meanwhile, my husband is experiencing severe inflammation and pain and becomes weaker daily. The coldness and unprofessionalism are inexcusable! We still as of July 8 have left messages for her office, and never received a callback. I see she has outstanding reviews, and I don't understand why our follow-up was treated so poorly. We have lost all respect for this doctor! "
