David Faitell MD, is a Board Certified Nephrologist and Internal Medicine Doctor. He received his medical degree from The University of Rochester Medical School. Dr. Faitell completed his Internship and Residency at Long Island Jewish Hospital. Dr. Faitel was appointed Chief Resident in 1987. He completed his Fellowship training in nephrology at Cornell Medical Center (New York Hospital) then began practicing Internal Medicine and nephrology in 1988.
