Dr. Chea can be a bit curt and dismissive at times, yet warm and friendly other times. I imagine that being rushed to see many patients and dealing with so different people can wear at someone's patience and impede their ability to remain in a great mood. I would recommend her, however, because she seems to be a good doctor. I am just not super impressed with her knowledge or "bed side manner". I have felt like she made me feel silly for some of my concerns or brushed them off without recognizing and acknowledging my concerns, but at other times she was very helpful. On the positive side, she has always been on time, communicated very well, has responded easily to requests for referrals, and is generally professional (if not warm, she still does her job well enough, it seems). And the office staff has always been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond as well. Great office overall.
