    HEALTHCARE Q&A

Do You Have Questions About Healthcare? ASK A QUESTION

Elizabeth Cobbs brought your practice to our attention. Our primary care physician for 35 years retired. While both my husband (77) and I (76) work full time and function well with specialists associated with the Johns Hopkins Medical Institution, we think everyone should have a primary physician.

    Our questions:
    1. We have Medicare and GEHA. Do you accept payment through those insurance sources?
    2. You are part of a concierge practice, right? What does that mean?
    3. We will not use GWU specialists. We will continue to see JHMI specialists with whom we have relationships. We like the interoperability of their system. but we live in the SE. We do not want to travel to Bethesda or Baltimore for primary care.

Thank you for helping us to choose our next primary care physician.
