Dr. Bridget Bransteitter earned her medical degree at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences. She stayed on at OSU-CHS to complete her residency in Internal Medicine. She went on to do her fellowship in Infectious Disease at the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, MO. Dr. Bransteitter is board certified in both Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine. Her clinical experience encompasses a wide variety of infections, including everything from AIDS/HIV through Zygomycosis. Dr. Bransteitter also serves as the hospital Epidemiologist. She has particular interest in Antibiotic Stewardship as well. She has been fortunate to partner with the CDC, Institute for Healthcare Improvement, and the Public Health Institute for research into Antibiotic Stewardship.
