Office did ultrasound and esophageal dilation in November. He set an appointment for a Fibrosis scan. I waited a long time, then was told the machine was broken so they took blood instead. Next appointment, I waited over 2 hours past my appointment. He asked about the scan not being done & assistant said no one was trained on the machine. He said he wanted them trained & scan done, so they set another appointment. I again waited past my appointment and was called back. As the guy was preparing he mentioned ultrasound! I told him I was there for a Fibrosis scan and he sent me back to the waiting room. After some time, I asked at the window. They said the machine was broken and wanted to draw blood again. I said no and made an appointment to see Dr. Haffar personally. When I arrived for that appointment, I was told I wasn't scheduled then told he wasn't in and they'd tried calling everyone. Not me! They left a note for him to call me. He never did.
