I really wanted this program to work. I was invested in it, yet it failed for me for several reasons. Let me start by saying that Dr. Asamoh herself is extremely nice. Unfortunately, kindness was not enough. My entire purpose of choosing this program was to hopefully stop grasping at staws and stop me bleeding money. By the third "visit" phone call and having spent another $800 on blood work and breath tests, it was clear to me that this was not working for me. I made my feelings know, yet was told "let's just get you scheduled for your next appointment and see what happens" to only be met with further disappointment and more suggestionsfor expensive tests. Finally, I had had enough and said I do not care to schedule anymore appointments, please just refund me and let's call it quits. I hadn't heard anything nor saw any refund so I reached out through their portal and was told someone would call me. A month later, still no call. So I reach out again. This time an office manager named Liz reaches out and tells me that based on everything I would be entitled to a refund of half of my program cost. If I were to receive anymore than that she would need to research through all of the notes and files. This was great, I had someone finally listen and be proactive to help me. She said she would call me the next day to let me know what she found. Two days later I am calling her back to follow up. Apparently Liz is busy, but will call me back. Ok, so I wait. Its now getting close to closing time and no call back from Liz. I call back, hesitant the person connects me to her in her car as she has already left for the day...without returning my call I was supposed to get two days ago. She now proceeded to tell me I was no longer getting 50% back, but $200. Taken back and confused I ask for an explanation as to how I went from half two days ago to $200. She proceeds to argue with me saying she never said I was going to get half. Hmmm, pretty sure you did. Needless to say I am beyond frustrated and disappointed, my dissatisfaction with the program was enough, now I am being lied to. If you consider this program, please make sure that if you are in any way dissatisfied, stop the 5 min phone call visits and just ask for your money back. Hopefully you can avoid getting into an argument with Liz and have her lie to you too.
