Dr. Lostak is an excellent doctor who I have used in the past but his staff is horrible! When calling with questions and concerns everything is automated.
You’re told to leave your name, date of birth, and number and that they will get back to you within 24-48 hours. I have called four times in the last 3 weeks and no one has called back! I even left a message with his nurse last week and still no call back.
I am scheduled for a colonoscopy soon and I need some pertinent information. I ‘m just going to cancel it and find another doctor with a more professional staff.
