The office staff have often been dismissive or rude to my parents with my mother's health issues. Many times they have been so uncommunicative that she has ended up in the hospital. HOWEVER, if you are able to see the Dr. herself, you are in good hands. It's just unfortunate that those that work with and for her are incompetent.
