Chad Case, M.D., FCCP, received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Southern Mississippi. He earned his medical doctorate and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He completed his pulmonary and critical care fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, Dr. Case was in practice with Georgia Lung Associates. Dr. Case is board certified in critical care medicine, pulmonary disease, and internal medicine. He is a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine and a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. Dr. Case specializes in critical care medicine and is the Medical Director for Critical Care at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. He has particular interests in healthcare delivery, systems analysis and healthcare education. He serves on the steering committee for the ACCP Practice Operations NetWork. Dr. Case welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
