Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Dr. Byram attended Texas Tech University for both her undergraduate and medical degrees. She completed a family medicine residency at St. Mary’s Medical Center right here in Grand Junction. Dr. Byram has spent the last four years practicing as a hospitalist and is excited to return to outpatient primary care. Her clinical interests include breastfeeding medicine, specifically, helping mothers and babies have a successful breastfeeding relationship and overcoming obstacles along the way.“My job as a physician is to provide my patients with the information they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare.”Dr. Byram’s mom is also a family medicine provider with SCL Health Medical Group Patterson. She is excited to work with her daily. When not at work, Dr. Byram enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons.
