Me and my family had an experience with him. I got married to his son based in USA. One day these people blindsidedly filed a divorce in USA( even though the marriage was performed in India under the indian rituals and customs and his family took a significant amount of money, jewelry and other items from my parents and neither me nor dhawan are US citizens).
Thereafter, Dr. Dhawan and his family noted that their son 'did not' inform them of this but since this divorce was filed by them in USA, they are not legally bound to return a penny/ jewelry/ other items of ours. He has conveniently figured out a loop-hole to escape the indian jurisdiction in this matter. We never received anything. I would not trust such a physician who can do things like these which me and my family have never heard of.
