I am an experienced Exercise Physiologist with a demonstrated history of working in the health and fitness industry. I am skilled in Athletic Development, Athletic Performance, Injury Prevention, Strength & Conditioning, Coaching, Musculoskeletal Injury Rehabilitation, Return to Play, Strength Training, and Exercise Physiology.

I work mostly with musculoskeletal rehabilitation (specifically lower limb but not limited to by any means) in my clinical role at a private clinic in Sydney called MTP Health. There is a strong focus on rehabilitation for people living with chronic knee pain, osteoarthritis and more.

I also work with semi professional and elite athletes of different sports as part of my strength and conditioning roles. Currently I am the head of strength and conditioning / high performance at Blacktown City FC, a semi professional football club competing the New South Wales National Premier League 1.
