Excellent doctor! very informative and pleasant personality and his whole team in his office in stafford are great.

But this does not help me if I have a urgent reason and have to be seen call the Apt, line and try to get him to see me because I have fluid coming out of my ear and have pain.
I get told he is booked up the next 4 weeks.
And there tell me there will send them a msg and call me back and nothing happens , no return phone call.
