Dr. Briscoe, a native Texan is a board certified Otolaryngologist (ENT), that participates in the Maintenance of Certification developed by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He earned his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, and then completed both medical school and residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. After completing residency, he began practicing in The Woodlands in 2010. Dr. Briscoe specializes in hearing and balance disorders, allergy and sinus disorders, ear tubes and tonsil surgery, thyroid surgery, swallowing and voice disorders, and surgery for sleep apnea.
