I am lucky to have Dr. Sarah Jacob as my ENT doctor. I have been her patient for nearly a decade. She is highly competent and knowledgeable. She is also a skilled communicator, giving explanations in a clear, straightforward way. She doesn’t rush through examinations and takes time to answer your questions. Her office runs smoothly and on time, and her assistant is a true professional who seems to treat each and every patient with respect. I highly recommend Dr. Sarah Jacob.

I was nervous to pick an ENT because I wanted someone really competent who would take the time to understand what was going on. Dr. Sarah Jacob was able to keep up with my medical history, which I started telling with what happened last week, then went back three years, then a month ago, then a year ago, and finished up with two months ago and she was able to fit it all together. Also, she *asked* if she could stick a scope up my nose (I think most doctors would tell you, and then sort of follow up with, "Is that ok?"), and answered my questions and addressed my concerns about it. The actual scope up my nose part wasn't fun, but I think it was as comfortable as possible. Also, in her exam, she noticed lots of things, and pieced them together with what I'd told her. (In one case, she even noticed something that contradicted what I'd said, and asked about it.) She was really paying attention, and I feel very confident trusting her with my ENT care.
