I just recently switched office's and was assigned to a new Dr. with my health care insurance. I made an appointment with my new doctor, and was able to get the appointment on the day I needed, and the time I needed. My first visit with Dr. McNish was not a usual first patient visit with your doctor, which we all know you spend a lot of time with the nurse, and about 4 minutes with the doctor, well not here, after spending about 10 minutes with her nurse, I was taken to a patient room, and w/i 3 minutes Dr. McNish came in to the room , she spent about 15 minutes asking about my medical history, (which by the way she wrote down on a pad, not once was her face buried in a computer screen) she then did the usual exam, lung heart and so on, then talked to me about her recommendations, refilled my prescriptions, I was with my Dr. for about 25 minutes all together, never once did I feel like I was being rushed out, all my questions were answered. I have never had a doctor visit with any other doctor that spent time getting to know their patient. I recommend Dr. McNish very much, she is rare. you will love her.
