Elizabeth is a fantastic nutritionist. I have Diabetes 2 and it was out of control. She helped and guided me from an A1C of 10.6 to an A1C of 6.8 over the last several years. She helped me lose approximately 50 lbs. Anytime I felt like things were going out of control, we would sit down and make a plan together and follow through. Not only did this help me lose the weight and get things under control, but it also helped me maintain the weight loss over the last three years. She is extremely supportive and always very positive. She constantly sends me recipes and gives me great websites to go to, giving me variations of food choices.
