Dr. Finn attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah for his undergraduate education. While there, he met his lovely wife, Jan. He then attended the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1993.

After graduating, he practiced dentistry in his home town of Rapid City, South Dakota. There, he practiced for 9 years before he and his family of four kids decided to relocate to the beautiful city of Spokane, WA in 2002, where he has been practicing ever since
