Dr. Lipkin grew in Philadelphia and went to undergraduate college at Temple University. He received a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology and his Doctorate from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois. Upon moving to Florida, Dr. Lipkin has been in practice in Palm Harbor since 1987. Dr. Lipkin continued his post-graduate studies in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological, orthopedic and skeletal disorders. He remains active, serving on the Board of the Pinellas County Chiropractic Society of which he served as Treasurer; and as President. He was honored in 2010 receiving Chiropractor of the Year.
