I miscarried at 11 weeks pregnant in the middle of the COVID pandemic. My primary OBGYN couldn't find an operating room to perform a D&C and therefore I was referred to Dr. Lozano at Mt. Sinai. She never followed up with me after my procedure. I bleed for 6 weeks until my primary OBGYN was able to secure an OR room and performed another D&C the correct way. Additionally, I asked for chromosomal analysis to find out the reason behind my miscarriage which she never processed. I had to call everyday for weeks to follow up and when I finally spoke with her she was short with me. She finally put in for the analysis but didn't push through blood work for maternal contamination so I still don't have any answers. I have tried to follow up on this issue several times with no response or acknowledgement. Horrible experience during a very difficult time. Please don't see her.
