I have been going to Megan Spiller for about five years. About three years ago I had a serious medical issue discovered in a test and I was called by the receptionist instead of the doctor to schedule an appointment with a surgeon. When I asked to speak to the doctor, she was busy and I was never called back even though I was promised a call back. I gave her a pass because I thought she might be busy. And I dealt with the issue. But when I went back a couple of months ago for my annual exam after doing all of the testing prior and the pre-registration prior and checking in with the receptionist and giving her all my medical information I waited in the waiting room for an hour. Way past my appointment time. When I started seeing that they were taking walk-ins for Covid testing I went up to ask what was going on. After seeing that I had checked in they wanted me to come back for another appointment. It takes me 45 minutes to get there and 45 minutes to get back and there was no way that I could do that but I asked if they would refill my prescription because I had done all the testing they could see everything they needed to see and I was assured she would refill the medication. However, she has refused to do that until I come back. This and the previous episode has prompted me to find another physician. Someone that seems more interested and more attentive.
