My wife and I went for our wellness visits after looking at his overall reviews on the internet but end up disappointed. The doctor's assistant failed to capture even basic vitals such as height and weight accurately. The appointment went like a regular wellness visit except that while I had originally asked for a flu shot the doctor recommended that I can postpone it since we were past the season at that time. The doctor ordered some standard blood work and asked a set of standard questions asked during annuals. He added billing codes for diseases based on my responses. The doctor did absolutely no follow ups on the results and neither the nurses or the doctor were reachable via phone. When we called the office we would forwarded to voice mails after the front desk routing. Moreover, both of us were billed for a visit for an office visit establishing care (vs. wellness visit) even though my plan doesn't need a PCP for physicals. Would not recommend Dr. Itskowitz!
